Independent Thought is a national human rights organization dedicated to promoting equity, justice, and mutual respect. We focus on child rights law through direct intervention, advocacy, and by providing technical and ongoing support. As a legal organization, we work towards legal reforms and policies that prioritize people, engaging with law students, lawyers, educators, and judicial bodies.

Independent Thought is registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860 with Registrar of Societies, Govt of NCT of Delhi, with its Registered Office at 1/7726, Gali No. 2, East Gorakh Park, Shahdara, Delhi – 110032.
Bank & Tax Detail
Registered u/s 12A of Income Tax Act, 1961 as a genuine non profit charitable organisation. All Donations to Independent Thought is exempted u/s 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961 Registered having Account with ICICI Bank Limited, Noida Branch, Sector 50, Noida – 201301 Registered with PAN and TAN.
